1. The truth of multi-layer co-extrusion

Multi-layer co-extrusion is to melt a variety of different polymer materials at different temperatures and pressures required by each, and then extrude them under the same conditions at the same moment through the same set of molds.

We usually refer to plastic products with a thickness of less than 0.2 mm as plastic films, those with a thickness of 0.2 to 2 mm as Plastic sheets, and those with a thickness greater than 2 mm as plates; according to different structures, they are divided into symmetrical structures (A/ B/A) and asymmetric structures (A/B/C).


Multi-layer co-extruded high barrier Plastic Sheets are mainly used for the forming of PP Tray, including Map Trays and Vsp Trays. If used together with high barrier Lidding Film and Skin Film, a more durable fresh-keeping effect will be obtained.

1. Fat & protein are easy to oxidize and deteriorate, food packaging materials need to have excellent oxygen resistance;
