The advantages of multi-layer co-extrusion:

· Strong functionality

In multi-layer co-extrusion, materials with different properties can be combined according to needs, so that they have different functions of multiple materials at the same time. For example, the use of PE material in the inner layer will make the packaged product have good heat-sealing performance and mechanical properties; the use of EVOH/PVDC barrier material can effectively block oxygen and water, prolong the shelf life of food, and effectively lock in freshness.

· Lower cost

The multi-layer co-extrusion high-barrier material technology is a multi-layer co-extrusion one-time molding process, which does not require traditional composite, coating and other post-processing processes, which can effectively reduce raw material costs and production processes, not only save production costs, but also control the thickness of packaging materials. It is possible to achieve thinning feasibility. And to achieve the same barrier effect, due to the simple process, the cost of the produced product can be reduced by 10%-20% compared with the composite product.
