Tipack® announced its new VSPEV line of films, an enhanced vacuum skin pack presentation for use with Vsp Trays. VSPEV is the latest generation of high-barrier PE vacuum-laminated films to enhance the performance and shelf appeal of VSP palletized packaging, adding an outstanding complete packaging solution to the VSP portfolio. VSPEV is an 11-layer co-extruded high-barrier vacuum body film that is highly transparent and more resilient. Retailers can expect greater shelf appeal. This surface provides a secure seal when sealed at low temperatures and provides convenience for consumers. The high-efficiency easy-peel opening.

Evoh High Barrier Skin Film
 In addition, the complete Vacuum Skin Packaging solution optimizes shelf display of processed and red meat and fish due to reduced packaging volume, vertical display of packaging without cabinet adjustments, and reduced food due to longer shelf life waste. This solution is designed to work with existing high-speed, suitably modified tray sealing and thermoforming lines to speed time to market and reduce risk for packagers.
VSPEV film takes PE as the base material, adds high-quality EVOH high-barrier material, and cooperates with EVA and other formula materials, so that the product quality has been greatly improved. VSPEV complies with ISO and FDA standard systems, and has obtained kosher, CE, SGS and other well-known certification agencies. Authoritative certification, all Tipack products are currently produced in China.
