TLDF Lidding Film is a high-barrier, anti-fog shrinkage lidding film newly released by the R&D team of Tipack Group. It is made of PE/EVOH and other formula materials by multi-layer co-extrusion blow molding. It has the characteristics of high transparency, strong puncture resistance, high barrier, good optical performance, good memory, strong processing adaptability, anti-fog and low temperature storage. . Using TLDF can greatly improve the efficiency of the processor, while also facilitating the retailer's storage and transportation. The high barrier properties of TLDF enable the packaged fresh food to have a longer shelf life. Excellent strength and puncture resistance make the product easier to store and handle. The excellent memory function allows the product to quickly recover flat and wrinkle-free even after heavy stacking and violent shipping. TLDF can directly seal PP (easy peel) and PE (lock) and is suitable for almost all Tray packaging applications. TLDF has a wide heat sealing temperature range, which can adapt to the working requirements of most packaging machines.
