Why choose a PP (Polypropylene) tray in fresh meat packaging?

In the era of "Internet +", e-commerce of fresh products is booming. This puts forward higher requirements for fresh meat packaging.

A good fresh packaging should inhibit cell respiration and prolong the shelf life of the product, but it will not damage the cells and cause no side effects. When the cells leave the modified environment, they can resume normal metabolism.

Therefore, fresh meat packaging needs to have the ability to block the entry of external oxygen, and EVOH is usually used as this barrier layer. The thickness of EVOH determines the length of shelf life.
